The Offer

What you get, what makes it different, who owns what.

What do you offer and what's included?

A fully done-for-you AI e-commerce business. You don't build anything, learn anything, or run anything. We do it for you, in your name, in accounts you own.

Included in every package:

  • Product research & selection — our AI surfaces opportunities, our team validates them, you approve.
  • Store build — Shopify store, branding, product pages, apps, payment setup.
  • Supplier sourcing & fulfillment — vetted suppliers who ship directly to your customers.
  • Ad creative & paid campaigns — we write, design, launch, test and scale the ads.
  • Ongoing management & optimization — a dedicated account manager plus our AI agents, working your store daily.
  • VA recruiting, training and mentorship — when the store is running, we recruit and train a virtual assistant to handle day-to-day operations (customer service, order handling) so you never have to.

It's the same framework that's produced over $100M in documented client sales over 16+ years — applied to your store by the people who built it.

What makes your program different?
  • No courses, no group calls, no "coaching." We don't teach you to do it. We do it.
  • Skin in the game. Half of our fee is a success fee that only comes out of your store's profits. If your store doesn't profit, we don't get paid that half. Our incentives are your incentives.
  • A real guarantee with a real trigger. Not "satisfaction." A profitable, cash-flowing ad by day 120 — or your money back, or the next 120 days on us.
  • 1:1, not 1:many. A dedicated account manager who knows your store, backed by AI agents that never sleep.
  • Battle-tested systems, refined across hundreds of client stores — not templates.
Who owns the store?

You do — 100%. Store, domain, brand, ad accounts, customer list, supplier relationships. Everything is built inside accounts you own. We're the operator, not the owner.

Guarantee & Pricing

The 120-day guarantee, Pay-as-You-Profit, what happens after the cap.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. Profitable by day 120 — or your money back, or the next 120 days on us. Your call.

Here's exactly what that means:

  • Within 120 days of launch, we will produce at least one profitable, cash-flowing ad — an ad whose sales cover its ad spend, software, product & shipping cost and all other essential business expenses.
  • If we don't, you choose: a full refund of your launch fee, or a free 120-day extension where we keep working at no additional cost. (One or the other — not both.)

Our only requirements:

  • Fund the minimum ad budget: $50/day per store, for at least 90 days.
  • Let us run the product tests (up to 10 products) without pausing the process.
  • Stay responsive on approvals so we can keep moving.

If you're on the organic track (no ad budget), the same guarantee applies to profitable sales from the content strategy instead of an ad.

The full terms are in your agreement in plain language. Nothing hidden in the fine print.

How does "Pay as You Profit" work?

Your investment has two parts:

  1. Launch fee — paid up front to build and launch. Pay by wire, card, or finance it through partners like Affirm, Klarna or Elective with as little as 2.5% down, depending on your credit.
  2. Success fee — a percentage of your store's profits only. No profit, no success fee. It runs until it has repaid an amount equal to your launch fee, then it caps out.

After the cap, you choose: keep us managing the store at a reduced long-term rate, hand it to a third party, or run it yourself with your VA.

Financing partners set their own rates; some offer 0% promotional terms, others charge interest.

What happens after the success fee is paid off?

Nothing is forced. Three options:

  • Stay with us at a reduced long-term rate (half the original success-fee rate for your tier) — fully managed, hands-off.
  • Hire your own team or a third-party agency. The store, accounts and systems are yours.
  • Run it yourself with the VA we trained, using the AI tools and SOPs we set up.

Most clients stay. Some scale to more stores. Either way, the store is yours.

What are the risks?

Let's be straight about it:

  • Ad spend is real money at risk. The test budget ($50/day for 90 days) is roughly $4,500 per store, and it's spent whether or not the guarantee kicks in. Ad spend is not refundable — no honest operator can promise that.
  • Time. Onboarding plus a couple of hours a week.
  • Your launch fee is protected by the guarantee: a profitable, cash-flowing ad by day 120, or you take a full refund or a free extension.

The upside is a profitable, AI-leveraged e-commerce business that's managed for you and provides time, location and financial freedom.

What if I change my mind after signing?

Your agreement includes a 7-day cooling-off period after signing. Beyond that, the 120-day guarantee is your protection: if we don't deliver a profitable, cash-flowing ad, you take a full launch-fee refund or a free 120-day extension.

Your Role

What you actually do, and how much time it takes.

What do I actually have to do?

Very little, but not nothing:

  • Onboarding (first 2–3 weeks): create the core accounts with us on a screen-share (Shopify, ad account, payment processor), approve the product shortlist and branding.
  • Ongoing: fund the ad budget, review a short weekly performance report, approve anything that needs your sign-off. Plan for roughly 1–2 hours per week.

Your job is to decide, approve and fund. Ours is everything else.

What if I have no prior experience?

Doesn't matter. Many of our most successful clients started as complete beginners. The team runs the store; you make the decisions we bring to you. You can be as involved — or as uninvolved — as you like.

What if I'm already experienced?

Even better. Onboarding is faster, you'll recognize what elite execution looks like, and you're free to weigh in on product and strategy. If you have an existing store, we can plug into it instead of starting from scratch.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

If you can browse a website, send an email and shop online, you have every skill you need. There is no coding, no design, no software to learn. We set up everything on a screen-share with you and handle the technical side from there.

Can I do this with a full-time job?

Yes — this is built for exactly that. Starting while employed is smart: it removes financial pressure and lets the store grow on its own timeline.

Because it's fully done-for-you, you're not managing anything day to day. The team and your VA handle operations; you review reports and approve decisions. Most clients spend 1–2 hours a week.

How many hours does this require?
  • Onboarding (first 2–3 weeks): 3–5 hours total — account setup on screen-share, approvals, kickoff call.
  • Once live: roughly 1–2 hours per week — reviewing the weekly report, approving decisions, occasional calls.
  • Daily operations: handled by our team and your VA.

Want to be more hands-on? You're welcome to. It's not required.

How It Works

Products, suppliers, A.I., competition, fulfillment.

How is A.I. used in your model?

Our AI agents work every layer of the business, from acquisition to fulfillment:

  • Product research — market trends, search demand, competition, margin potential.
  • Ad creation — copy, image and video creative, audience identification.
  • Store optimization — product pages, conversion, personalization, order value.
  • Content — organic posts, email and SMS flows.
  • Operations — reporting, customer-service drafts, anomaly alerts.

It's the same proprietary platform we use across all client stores. More stores, more data, smarter AI — and every client benefits from that.

Do AI Mini Stores clients compete against each other?

Not in practice. E-commerce is a multi-trillion-dollar global market with thousands of categories. Even clients in similar categories capture only a tiny fraction of available customers, and they naturally differentiate through audience, positioning and creative.

Our AI works across thousands of niches. The store with the better products, better ads and better customer experience wins — and every client store gets the same system.

What exactly will I be selling? How does it work?

Physical products through an AI-optimized Shopify store — home goods, electronics, beauty, health, lifestyle and many other categories.

  1. Our AI analyzes market trends and surfaces profitable product opportunities.
  2. Our team validates them and brings you a shortlist that fits your interests and the data.
  3. You approve. We build, launch, test and scale.
How will I choose what products to sell?

You don't guess, and you don't do it alone. Our AI scores products on demand, competition, margin and ad potential. Our team reviews the shortlist with you and explains the reasoning. You approve the final picks.

Then we test — up to 10 products in the guarantee window — and scale the winners.

If this works so well, why share it?

Simple: we make money when you make money.

  • Half of our fee only comes from your store's profits. We're not selling a course and walking away — we're operating your store for a share of the upside.
  • It's more profitable for us to manage hundreds of stores than a handful of our own.
  • Every store makes the AI smarter. More stores → more data → better ads and product picks → better results for everyone, including you.

Sharing this isn't charity. It's the business model.

How do refunds work with (expensive) products?

If a customer requests a refund within the return window:

  1. The customer sends the product back to the supplier.
  2. You refund the customer.
  3. The supplier refunds you the wholesale cost.

Some suppliers ship a free replacement instead. Terms vary, but the key point holds: you're not risking capital on inventory. Refund rates are typically low when quality products go to serious buyers, and warranty or damage claims are usually handled by the supplier shipping a replacement at no cost to you. Your VA and our team handle the back-and-forth.

Is this dropshipping? What makes AI Mini Stores different?

Technically, suppliers ship directly to your customers — that's the fulfillment method. That's where the similarity to "traditional dropshipping" ends.

Traditional dropshipping: cheap products, long shipping, low quality, thin margins (10–20%), poor customer experience, everyone selling the same thing.

AI Mini Stores: quality products across price points, fast reliable shipping, vetted suppliers with track records, AI-driven product selection and personalization, strong margins (20–40%+), and a professional team managing the customer experience.

Is e-commerce too saturated?

No. It's a multi-trillion-dollar industry with thousands of categories, each with substantial demand. Competition signals healthy demand — the goal isn't to find an "untapped" market, it's to execute better in a proven one.

That's where the AI and a professional team give you an edge: better product picks, better ads, better conversion, higher order value, faster iteration.

Do I need a warehouse or inventory?

No. Never. Products stay in the supplier's warehouse; when a customer orders, the supplier ships directly to them. You never see, touch, store or ship a product.

Our founder has generated millions in revenue without ever touching a product he's sold. Your "warehouse" is a Shopify dashboard. That keeps costs minimal, risk low and the business fully location-independent.

Costs & Budget

Ad budget, other costs, LLC.

What if I only have $X for ads?

We recommend a minimum of $50/day per store — that's what the ad-track guarantee is built on. Below that, there isn't enough data to test and scale properly.

If your budget is smaller, you can start on the organic track: our AI creates two pieces of content a day, you (or your VA) post them, and we use those first sales to build an ad budget from profits. Once the budget is there, we switch on paid ads and scale.

What other costs are involved?

Beyond your package:

Essential:

  • Shopify: ~$39/month
  • Domain: ~$15/year
  • Business formation (LLC), if you don't have one: $100–500 one-time
  • Payment processing: standard percentage-based fees on sales (no fixed cost)
  • Ad budget: $50/day per store (required for the ad-track guarantee — roughly $1,500/month per store)

Optional / later:

  • Virtual assistant, once the store is running (we recruit and train; you pay their wages)
  • Email/SMS tools: ~$20–50/month (free tiers exist when starting)

You also get access to $100K+ in software and A.I. credits through our startup perks.

For perspective: a franchise runs $50,000+, a retail store $100,000+, a food truck $30,000+. A managed AI e-commerce store is one of the most accessible business models with strong upside and minimal overhead.

What's the minimum marketing budget required?
  • Ad track: $50/day per store. Enough data to test, find winners and scale. Having roughly $4,500 per store set aside covers the 90-day test period. This is what the guarantee is built on.
  • Organic track: $0 ad spend. Our AI creates content, you post it, and we build an ad budget from the first profits. Slower, but it works, and the guarantee still applies (to profitable content sales).

Ad spend isn't an expense — it's customer acquisition. It just needs to be sized correctly.

Do I need an LLC right away?

No — you can launch as a sole proprietor. That said, an LLC gives you liability protection and potential tax advantages, and platforms like Meta and TikTok may ask for business documents to run ads.

When you're ready, we'll guide you or connect you with a formation service that handles filing, EIN, operating agreement and proper structure for tax deductions.

Results & Timelines

Real numbers, real variance, real timeframes.

How long does it take to see results?

Results vary. Some stores hit profitable ads within the first few weeks; others take a few months, depending on niche, market conditions, timing and how quickly the product tests land.

That's why our guarantee window is 120 days — long enough to test properly, short enough that you're not waiting a year to find out.

What are realistic income / results expectations?

Real data from our client survey (730 responses):

  • Average monthly revenue, all respondents: $6,084.50
  • Average monthly revenue, qualified clients (active and following the strategy): $24,473.29
  • Average stores per client: 2.2
  • 92.1% would recommend us · 4.4 / 5 rating

With typical e-commerce margins of 20–35%, a qualified-average store translates to roughly $5,000–8,500 in monthly profit.

Results vary significantly. Some clients earn modest supplemental income; others scale to multiple stores and six figures a month. The biggest drivers are product selection, ad budget, and staying with the process long enough for the tests to land. This isn't a get-rich-quick scheme — it's a real business, run for you, with real variance.

What's the timeframe for my first sale?

Because we build and launch for you, the timeline is mostly on us:

  • Store built and launched: typically 2–4 weeks from onboarding.
  • First sales: usually within the first few weeks after ads go live.
  • First profitable, cash-flowing ad: many stores get there well inside the window; the guarantee gives us 120 days.

Product selection, ad budget and how quickly you turn around approvals are the main variables.

Support

Who you talk to and how fast.

How fast will my account manager respond?

Your dedicated account manager works 8–10 hours a day and typically responds within an hour during business hours. No question goes unanswered for more than 24 hours.

Outside business hours you have 24/7 AI-powered support plus tutorials and recorded sessions. Between the three, you're never stuck waiting.

No match for that.
